As the Chief Revenue Officer at Sontiq (formerly EZShield), Rich rebranded two companies borne out of M&A in ways that retained the brand equity of offerings while simultaneously launching a new parent brand identity, and led a rapid turnaround in the direction, products, go-to-market strategy and culture, accelerating revenue and EBIDTA to double-digit YOY growth. Prior to Sontiq, Rich was the National Vice President of Sales at Vonage Business where he led a paradigm shift in the company’s strategic direction and products, instilling a mindset of success at every level of the organization and securing many of the company’s enterprise clients. Prior to Vonage, Rich was the National Director of Sales at iCore Networks, a company acquired by Vonage in 2015, where he had distinguished himself diversifying the company’s growth strategy and dramatically increasing its market visibility. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from George Mason University.
