Comodo Partners with 3-db Networks in Providing livePCsupport to ISP’s Customers
Added Value for Valued Customers to Get PC Support, Anytime
JERSEY CITY, NJ and FREDERICK, CO, November 15, 2010 – Comodo, a leading certificate authority and Internet security organization and 3-dB Networks, (3-db.net) a wireless broadband ISP network, are pleased to announce a partnership to bring livePCsupport to the Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) market. The partnership will enable WISP’s to bundle live online PC support with the high-speed Internet services they are currently providing.
The service allows anyone with a Windows based computer and a high-speed Internet connection to receive immediate help from a live Comodo® security professional anytime of the day, seven days a week.
“We are pleased to partner with Comodo and offer this value-added service to our customers making their PC experience a painless one,” said Todd Bergstrom, CEO of 3-dB Networks.
“Comodo’s experience with ISPs has proven that offering livePCsupport is a valuable service to customers and one that keeps them up and running thereby eliminating the hassles that customers encounter when they can’t get immediate help to solve their PC issues,” said Melih Abdulhayoglu, CEO and chief security architect of Comodo.
livePCsupport will proactively monitor the PC and alert customers when there is a problem allowing them to then connect to a Comodo technician for quick resolution. From this point, the technician will securely work with the customer to help correct any performance or system problems to not only correct the immediate issue but to ensure the machine running in peak condition. Typical livePCsupport services include comprehensive malware diagnosis and removal, performance tune-ups, correction of system and driver errors, printer set up, e-mail set up, assistance with software installation and more.
