COMODO CYBERSECURITY NAMES PHILIP COSTA VP OF FINANCE AND CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Industry veteran brings decades of experience in driving growth and streamlining operations

CLIFTON, N.J., October 29, 2018 –  Comodo Cybersecurity, a leader in innovative cybersecurity solutions, announced the appointment of Philip Costa as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer on August 3, 2018.

With a background in global manufacturing, technology and public accounting, Costa is a proven leader who raises the level of individual performance while building strong accounting and finance teams to drive business results. Most recently, Costa was the Chief Financial Officer at global AI startup Arria NLG plc. Previously, he served as a vice president in finance global manufacturing firm GAF, directing cash and treasury functions.

Costa is a graduate of both Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey and William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey. In addition, he is a licensed New Jersey CPA who belongs to the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
